I do, too. I think he was one of the most awesome college football players of all time.

I feel sorry for him in a way. His parenting was so religiously rigid and I'm sure he was constantly reminded of the "miracle" of his deliverance from the precipice of abortion.

I think he may have his homosexuality so deeply buried that it will be devastating for him when it emerges. He seems to have built his life around religion and football, with the latter being his substitute for sex.

He's already failed (only by his own standards, I'm sure) in his NFL career. If he doesn't do well as a commentator for the SECN, the dam holding back his emotions may burst. I fear the worst for him if he doesn't have a good base of emotional support.
