By juxtaposing Christianity with homosexuality in the cartoon, the author is insinuating an indirect relationship between the two. If you're a Christian then you can't be gay; if you're gay then you're sinning against God.
I'll laugh my arse off at all "Christian" bigots when Tebow finally comes out of the closet. If the man is still obeying his religious indoctrinations and is, in fact, still a virgin then he has the bluest balls in all of football.

I like Tebow, but I do think he may very well be a closeted homosexual.
