Yep, but as said in another thread "A broken clock is right twice a day". The woman is an idiot and thinks solely on the terms of what Reagan would have done, even though she has no means of knowing this. She thinks that Raegan wouldn't have trusted Russia ever, so she doesn't trust Russia as well.
