Yeah, the French press really doesn't take that long, but when you're getting 2 kids ready for school, packing lunches, eating breakfast, etc., it's a lot easier to set the timer on the Keurig. My travel mug of coffee is waiting for me just as I'm about to walk out the door.

Yeah, that makes sense. 
I've never used a Keurig. I just have coffee pot vs press pot to compare.
