It's a risk, but I like that LSU is ahead of the times. We'll find out in a few years with Dylan. If Dylan and this kid pan out, other programs will follow. By then, however, LSU could be set for several more championship runs.

This. Whether or not anyone believes it's a healthy practice or not, it's the reality of the future and a few years from now, it will no longer be "news". The perfect storm of all the camps, publicity, social media & increased marketing savvy combined with ever-increasing competition for recruits nationally is fueling it. Recruiting is being forever changed unless the present rules are changed & to their credit, the LSU staff is out front.
