Selling old phone on ebay and I have a question:

While trying to decide what to ask for it I looked at what other S3's were going for on there. Anyway, some say "unlocked". My phone is an AT&T phone and it just has no service now since I got my new one activated. Does that mean it is unlocked? And if not, how do I go about unlocking it? Thanks
