I'd take 50 million and establish a scholarship fund only open to HOPE qualified Georgia resident students who want to go to Auburn so that they dont have to pay out of state tuition.

Seriously. I have a kid now who I would love to send to AU but will wind up at a Georgia university because of tuition. (She doesnt want to go to UGA. Her sister goes there and its a big/little sister competitive thing...weird.)
