Crazy. I was going to start this topic when I got home, but with my own over/under. I didn't know vegas was already doing it. I was going to go with 4.5 too.
I would take the Over by the way.
It will probably be in the 4.6's but is really irrelevant at his position, it's how fast you can run the 5 yard dash, the speed out of your stance and how fast you can cut and juke, as far as stats go. DE is probably the hardest position to stat. So much is intangible.

Damn surprised its a 4.5 flat. I'll take the over because I think he runs it in the 4.5s.
Might take the under if its set at 4.55
