Well it's not just one thing. Imagine if you had never beaten your parents at anything. Also, I'm talking about at a really young age like <6 years old.
There are obviously cases where, like yourself, it makes the kid want to work that much harder though. It's not an foolproof study.

I can see that. I did win at other things at a pretty young age.
