yeah, old renaldo sidney was a piece of work. that being said, starkville is a place that is far enough off the beaten path that stansbury could have easily ridden out that storm.

when stansbury was still at state, the team was consistently in contention for the post season if not always a tournament team. they were tough and well coached if not always very talented - go figure that the one year that stansbury went out of his way to get talent the wheels would fall off the wagon.

i guess its all about managing expectations and whatnot, but I really thought stansbury had the program at a pretty darn solid level for a middle tier SEC school. They were consistently better than most other SEC teams and certainly had their boot on the neck of ole miss, which is of course a job requirement in starkville.

I love how everyone else tries to tell us that Stans wasn't a piece of shite turd, when we all knew for years that he was a piece of shite turd that needed to be flushed.

Let us handle our own shite and you handle yours.
