Takes awhile when you are still having moron attrition in the second year -- as well as having guys fail a single class that prevents them from getting out of JUCO on time...
Year 3 -- Ray is out of excuses -- and it'll be time to get into the NIT or GTFO. And State fans aren't going to be satisfied with that longterm -- but it'll give direction and hope for the future.
