Hood was an accessory to rape while 13 when he helped and watched a "friend" rape his female cousin. I stumbled across the story last year during Vanderbilt's despicable rape case.

He also was a juvenile and didn't participate in any sexual way -- he didn't rape anyone not even with a plunger. I remember now that when Kiffin decided to sign him, I read the court documents because rape is something that hits a big damn nerve with me. It's a sad case -- very, very, disturbing. The picture painted by the various documents was of a dysfunctional family where the kids were unsupervised completely and just a nightmare scenario. An older teen adult came over and they taped/saran wrapped one of the girls who was also over at the house. This had happened before to another cousin and was seen as prank. However, this time the adult proceeded to assault the girl and asked Hood if he wanted to do the same. Hood said, "no, man that's my cousin."

Social services evaluated Hood and said he was extremely immature, unparented, and a follower. They minced no words about how messed up he was at the time. He got hit with a long sentence/punishment, especially considering his age and the facts of the case. He helped tape/saran wrap his cousin thinking it was the same thing they'd done before but he didn't participate in what turned into an assault. He should've stopped it but he didn't and he has to live with that. However, it's unfair to call him a rapist given the circumstances and the fact he didn't participate in the sexual assault.
