Logged in to make two comments:

1) That is a nutria. My parents' place has both nutria and beavers. Beavers are actually surprisingly big in person.

2) Herman is slightly Aspergers, like Harbaugh, but with a lot of boozing thrown in too. I'm not saying he's going to fail, but he has some negative personality traits.

He's very aggressive with the players and talks to/handles them roughly. That's fine, we could use more of that, but it doesn't make for smoothe transitions.

He's also the thinnest skinned person with the media maybe ever. He cannot handle any criticism. He is unable to moderate himself or realize where boundaries are or what's appropriate/when to stop. He's had several embarrassing moments with media at just UH. So no spotlight and he couldn't handle even that. Appears to not understand how things LOOK. This goes with the observation that he drops inappropriate F-bombs and rubs people wrong with his abrasiveness - he doesn't realize how he is perceived/can't think of himself in the 3rd person.

Then there's the drinking, which makes those tendencies (meaness and lack of self awareness) worse.

He may just go in there blow the doors off. If that's the case, no one will care about these things. Winning cures all. Saban is an awful person but no one cares. But if he struggles, he's going to do a Billy Clyde and self-destruct.

Wasn't it you who two months basically posted on here that Herman was the second coming of Christ and we were dooming ourselves to decades of mediocrity by letting him go elsewhere
