Ole Miss didn't really pop up for him until after Christmas or so, IIRC. Then AU outbid the both of us.

Exactly. MSU "never had a chance at Whitehead" -- even though he spent 8 months committed to MSU and zero days committed to Ole Miss.

Brassell's "commit" to us was a joke. Oh well, Snoop "da champ" turned out to be a massive bust anyway.

Brassell had a chance to stick had Hudspeth stayed at MSU. Maybe a slim chance -- but there was a chance. Him leaving basically the day the season ended set off the chain reaction that set the course in stone. You could almost include Singleton in that group as well.

But it doesn't matter -- because MSU had the better 2011 recruiting class anyway. But STARZZZ!!1!1

Let me ask this question: Who were Whiteheads final two teams? I'll give you some letters to help solve the puzzle:

Ole M_ss and Aubu_n

You can have a kid committed for the first 18 years of his life, but if you aren't a finalist come signing day, you had...guess what...ZERO percent chance of signing him.

Example: Quay Evans. Ole Miss didn't have a chance.

Funny, all you have mentioned in this thread is stars...and then attempt to insult our fanbase.
