Well, every national sports show I heard today is calling the proposed rule BS, and a couple even called Saban a pussy by name for trying to legislate something he can't scheme against.
So at least the voters can hear everyone calling it a bad idea before the vote happens

The article I read said that just because something had been recommended to this body (that will vote on it) doesn't mean it has been passed. I hope it doesn't pass. This will affect most teams in one way or another. A team down by 2 TD's with 8 minutes to go will be affected by it. It's total BS, is what it is.
