What happens if the defense enters the neutral zone in the first ten seconds? Offense can't snap and get the offsides.

god damn this would be the most moronic rule change yet.
its not even like many HUNH teams snap the ball that fast anyway.
Most just run up to the line and wait for the coach to call the play in.
