Why not a dual agreement. SEC East = ACC.
Kentucky - Louisville
SC - Clemson
UGA - GT
UF - FSU
TN - VT
Vandy - Duke / UVA/ NC ST
Missouri - UNC
SEC West = Big 12
A & M - Texas
Bama - Oklahoma
LSU - OK St
Arkansas - TCU
Miss St - Kansas St
Ole Miss - Texas Tech
Auburn - Baylor
That way you'd get the SEC network in every state south of the Mason Dixon Line.
Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Miss, Alabama, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida.
Would be a money machine.

I like this, but it would make more sense to allow an exception for Missouri and let them play Kansas
