Pro's: the money spent in other states is going to be spent regardless. Why not have it spent here?
Con's: the type of environment the so called games of skill breeds is deplorable. Vegas is fun, but I wouldn't want to live and raise a family there.

Which is my point....there is nothing wrong with the Arkansas economy now.
