Inside linebacker is a position that has undergone a face-lift in terms of responsibilities and its value to a defense.

Players at that spot still have to be physical forces against the run. However, they have to be athletic enough to drop into coverage on passing downs in order to be on the field for three downs.

There are no 5-star prospects among this group, but there are still a handful of inside linebackers in the 2015 class who have the potential to be elite talents at the next level—headlined by 4-star Mississippi commit Leo Lewis.

Bleacher Report broke down the 2015 inside linebacker class, scoring recruits on important traits such as tackling (35 points), pass-rushing (15 points), run defense (30 points) and pass coverage (20 points). The cumulative figures from those traits resulted in our overall grade of each prospect.

How does the 2015 crop of inside linebackers measure up?

We have no one in this list. Leo Lewis was #1. FML.

Long gone are the days when tight ends were primarily tasked with blocking duties and only an occasional intermediate route. The position's complexion drastically changed in recent decades, and this latest crop of standouts proves the evolution process remains ongoing.

These premier 2015 recruits are ready to measure their games against collegiate competition and vie for early roles with powerhouse programs. We focused on tight ends listed among the top 200 overall players in 247Sports' composite rankings, rating each athlete with a 100-point scale based on hands, route-running, blocking, release, speed and agility.

We need to jump on tre Lamar and get him for 2016. Prototype Mike for us. Thomas will be solid at will and Mcmillon is going to be good too but Lamar is more balanced than those 2. Thomas looks to be a space but isn't a thumper. Mcmillon reminds me of Denzel Devall
