What's slated this offseason? Are they tearing up the parking around the stadium and making it a greenspace?

I don't think that happens until 2015.
The new practice fields are supposed to be ready over the summer.

Are they moving the practice fields to a new location or are they redoing what they have?

No, I was at the Cockaboose this morning and there is nothing going-on there.
They are working on the practice fields. They'll begin the stadium beautification around the stadium at the end of the upcoming season. They are supposed to have the new indoor practice facility done around the same time.

The national guard wants their land back so they're being moved next to where the indoor practice facility is going to go behind Gamecock Park (or whatever the farmer's market is called)
