They are getting paid. You don't seem to understand this. They receive tuition, room and board and stipends. That is payment. And how do you discipline regular students if they aren't getting paid. You know, the ones who actually have to PAY to go to school. Your argument simply makes no sense. You are not thinking your arguments through.

Not true at all. There are kids getting kicked out of school all the time that receive no financial aid whatsoever...and many that DO receive financial aid. Many of them for the exact same things football players are. Let a "regular" student get caught smoking weed in the dorms and see what happens.
