Sriracha is amazing. There's a food truck here that mixes is with queso perfectly for their fries.

I had it with Zaxby's for lunch, some tostito chips, and then with steak for dinner. I can't stop. I want to just put it on everything

It's not really that hot, it's more flavorful than it is a hot-sauce.

It's spicier than Tobasco but it has a sweetness too. It's like sweet hot peppers.

If you've gotten like a chili dipping sauce at a Thai or other asian place for spring rolls or calamari.... that's sort of what it tastes like. It's spicier than that and has more flavor.
