If he were to sign, would Ivey be the highest ranked player we have ever signed if he stays at #4 on the composite thing?

Pretty sure that would be the case. Next closest was Michael Dyer at 0.9960
Montravius Adams at 0.9945
Christian Westerman at 0.9928
Carl Lawson at 0.9897
Roc Thomas at 0.9890
Martez Ivey is 0.9965 BTW.
