I'm not a Kiffin fan obviously, but the objective side of me thinks Kiffin's biggest asset is how well he can coach a QB one on one. I think he is a great teacher of the QB position. He took Crompton in one year from a laughing stock to a very respectable SEC QB.

Who was it that actually worked with Crompton...Kiffin, Chaney, or Reaves?
