Now this one might be the best I've seen in a while. I really LOL'd hard at some of this, but I'm pretty sure some of these guys were being sarcastic, b/c nobody could be that stupid and actually type on a computer.

I know the common theme here is that we're not ranked as high by those two services because we didn't sign a large class, but should it be concerning that they don't think much of the players we did sign?

If you go by star average alone, we are ranked #23 by Scout and #22 by 24/7. Isn't that an indication that you're not bringing in Top 20 talent?

coaching staff, it's that they clearly don't know what they're doing when it comes to recruiting. This class is just another example of their ineptitude.

quote:

They don't recruit anywhere NEAR enough WRs smh***

quote:

this is silly, why would you convert LB to WR when we just signed 4 receivers 3 4 star in Rivals and 4 4 stars in ESPN. I don't think you understand how much time coaches spend recruiting kids, not just watching highlight tapes but also watching hours of film and attending games, talking to their high school coaches, and about 0% of their time is spent on recruiting websites. learn how it works

quote:

If our Coahes would spend time on recruiting websites then they wouldn't have to spend as much time watching film and attending games. It's freaking 2014...the the information you need about anything is online. If Dabo pulls up rivals, there are lists of recruits that will be the awesome in college. If he starts at #1 and gives him an offer, then works his way down the list, we will have the #1 ranked recruiting class in the nation. I don't see why this is so hard to understand.

If we keep settling for recruiting classes that are ranked 14 or so, then we will keep settling for seasons like we had last year which failed to produce an ACC Championship or even a State Championship. I will only settle for being #1.

If the technology is there, why not use it?

quote:

I hope this is sarcasm. Those services suck and TI and ESPN are mediocre but do provide some good details and insight that we otherwise wouldn't have. However, only put some much into recruiting rankings. USuCk has been in the 20's in most services the past several years and turned a 3 star QB into one of the most underrated and productive players in the country. Again Clemson's staff does a good job of evaluating talent. My biggest criticism for this class is grayshirt or not were Jeff Davis' boys worth two scholarships?

Better recruits don't fumble

Jamie Harper says hi***

quote:

Also, we spent all year complaining about how tOSU was overrated, so now are we going to build them up and talk about how great they were after we beat them?

Tajh was a 4-star recruit in a very small recruiting class. Maybe if he had been a 5-star recruit in a bigger class, we win it all last year.

The whole thing is fricking hysterial
