The Cotton and Cap One are essentially the same IMO. Recently, the sec west goes cotton and sec east to the cap one. Payout a little higher in the cap one, but opponent higher ranked in the cotton. It's a wash IMO.
Between all three of our teams, the only one with something to show for the season is Missouri with a division title,

Think you've got the cap 1 and Outback confused.
Cap 1 picks ahead of both bowls and gets the number 1 spot after BCS bowls. They take west teams fairly regularly.
Outback and Cotton essentially have the same spot with Outback having first dibs on East teams and Cotton having first dibs on West teams. This is why Cotton usually gets West teams and Outback East teams
