Why would the kid enroll at a school where he is no longer wanted?

so he would enroll at lsu just to shove up their arse? if someone ignores you, why would you still go there? he absolutely could have enrolled there but why would he if he has 2 other very good options

Other than make him warm the pines and carry water for 4 years. Not a good road to the big show but I'm sure Hootie's in it for pre med anyway and football ain't that big a deal.
Flushed dude, he's a Gump now. I know it, you know and the staff knows it. Best to just move on

Im just not buying that LSU wont take him, especially after all the spots you now have that you thought you wouldn't 24 hours ago.

C'mon Trey. I'm telling you what happened. If you can't stray from the "Too Much Gump In Ya" Narrative, I understand. But don't insult our intelligence.
Do you honestly believe a player would (as opposed to could) "force" himself on a school that is rejecting him ? Please. How freaking naïve can you be. Do you even follow recruiting?
Here is the short version, sans detail, and IDGAF if you believe The Truth or not:
LSU wanted Hootie.
Hootie committed to Alabama.
LSU moved on with Adams whom they coveted more.
Hootie de-committed to Alabama and his people called LSU.
LSU ignored Hootie.
Hootie and the Monroe handler crowd melted down that LSU would not play ball.
LSU recruiting nerds melt down that LSU will not contact Hootie.
LSU still refuses to contact Hootie hoping he will just go away.
Hootie re-committed to Alabama.
Everybody wins.
End of story.
