I never see Christians trying to impose their beliefs on anyone, but I do see the opposite.
The Christians I know offer their beliefs to people who express an interest, but certainly not in an overbearing way.

I have friends that make healthy debate on either side of the issue. But I've seen people try to "convert" others aggressively in all different types of religions and beliefs. This includes Christianity as well as Jehovah Witnesses, Atheists, Mormon, etc. Even though I will say I don't think I've ever had anyone who was Jewish try to convert me (which is odd now that I think about it).

Everybody has them. That probably gets highlighted for Christians because, as Delta quoted earlier, the majority of this country is Christian. I like to put it in SECRant terms in that everybody has their UKWildcatsFANs, some fanbases due to their numbers have a couple.

Ahh.... a term I can understand.

I do try to evangelize as part of my faith, but because of the vitriol towards Christianity today, I usually wait for folks to be open, then I discuss. I'm kind of ashamed to admit that by the way.
As a Christian, I don't want anyone to perish, but I won't force it on anyone.
