It's what initiated Richt's "undisciplined" tag when he did it with Odell Thurman (he's never done it again), yet Saban is lauded as being a "disciplinarian" and "a cut above." I was just pointing out what a giant crock of shite that was.
Given what he was "involved" with (whatever the extent of his involvement was), I'd say that being kicked off the team in February with others and then you being the only one reinstated less than 10 months later is less of a "negative consequence" and more of a "selective blessing"
