I know they are trendy and there is a ton of them there. We could buy a failing one and turn it around. I have experience in the F&B biz prior to active duty.

Small breweries are difficult to sustain in Ga due to 3-tiered distribution law.

Intersting. I wish the new one luck then.

Dude...we're in Louisiana. It would be a $10-12K/yr increase--trust me we've checked. Teachers earn squat here and it is pathetic. She taught in ND and it is on par with GA salaries.

True...would have to think outside the box. I love a challenge. Good thing I'll have that Sr officer retirement pay! Maybe I should look at a franchise of some sort or a high end cigar bar or shop. What does Athens "need" these days?

I could always check with CAT.

You could open a data center.

Tow truck company or taxi with a 15 minute guarantee. Every taxi or tow truck you ever call for outside of the standard Fri/Sat night downtown is at least an hour wait. Sometimes they don't even show up. You call back and they act like they never talked to you.

Also needed is another auto mechanic that offers courtesy rides to and from work / school, there is only one in town besides dealerships and they are overflowing with biz
