She's a Special Ed teacher with masters plus a masters in school admin so could go principal track. She's looking at UGA for employment too. I could get into the real estate gig with a friend in the area or look at starting a pub. There is also a new brewery coming to town. Done the music thing too. Been thinking about an indie record company with the same real estate friend. Maybe I should look at working with UGA too and give back to my alma mater. I hear the chicken express on hwy 15 is hiring.

Do not open a pub.
Real Estate market is saturated in the area.
Small breweries are difficult to sustain in Ga due to 3-tiered distribution law.
Plenty of need for special ed, but she is probably accustomed to yankee salary, the pay cut to move South should be considered.
It sounds like neither of you have spent much time in the private sector. It's rough around these parts.
