Upgrades to the UGA job don't come along often. There are very few jobs that are upgrades from the UGA/Auburn/LSU tier of schools. And I'm not sure they'd be interested in Richt.
That said, despite the idea that Richt wouldn't ever leave UGA, I bet he'd listen for 5-7 mil, especially considering he's a bad year away from feeling real heat at UGA.
