I don't think athleticism is what we're missing at the DB positions...they just don't know where the hell they are. I doubt throwing someone in who will be a first year DB will be much improvement.

Well there is a void in talent at both safety spots in the NFL. Point being that Rambo was able to get a starting job being a 6th round pick and all.

Maybe Terry sees this as an opportunity.

This topic took a dirty turn.

Langley was doing something right to get the starting job. He didn't finish his true freshman year as an all sec cb. No reason to think he wont get alot better.

Some on this board touted Swann as a lockdown corner during the offseason, now those same expert talent evaluators are throwing Langley under the bus.

As far as his attitude, as we perceive it, during his recruitment, kids that age learn their manners from their peers, unfortunately. Thats no reason to hate him. He obviously had a good attitude preseason to get the start over all the other talented kids gunning for the same spot.

Im going to ask bdv for a langley sig later because he is now my fav player.
