Perhaps she's angry at the way his attorney smeared her and laughed about the incident in his press conference. Or maybe she's angry at the runaround she feels she got from TPD - by not preserving evidence and getting statements from witnesses then, her case was damaged. Or maybe she's mad that the detective encouraged her to drop it because he was a football player. Or, it could be that even though there is not enough evidence to get a conviction, she still believes she was raped and that the 2 football players who provided statements are lying out their arse to protect their QB and their perfect season.
"Not enough evidence to get a conviction" means just that. It doesn't necessarily mean she made the whole thing up.

the only reason I kind of believe her is that in her initial report she had no idea who it was.
That does not seem like somebody that wanted to "get back" at somebody.
It was not till later that she identified Winston as the suspect and DNA evidence confirmed he had the secks with her.
It is truly unfortunate and the take away for me is young ladies need to realize they are more vulnerable and expose themselves to much more when they "drink like one of the dudes".

Jansen's press conference and subsequent interviews were alone enough to make his client look guilty. It would be an insult to sleaze to call him a sleazebag. And yes, I'd be mad as hell about it if I were her. I'd also be made as hell about it if I were Winston because he's now he's not just associated with rape but fully associated with Jansen's 'defense' and pure grade a assholery that calls all women whores who are simply out to get men and young athletes.
