Maybe she believes she didn't consent to whatever happened and therefore was raped and is angry about it?
If that's the case, it's not difficult to understand why she may may want to make it as uncomfortable as possible for Winston.
For all the stones being thrown, no one really knows that isn't the case.

I think ,and this is just my opinion , that she feels that she was railroaded by the TPD and FSU and is gonna do what she can to embarass them. Again just my opinion

Agree if she truly was raped.
However, and I mean this as if she's not lying...
It seemed she doesnt even know what happened based on the reports.

Maybe SHE raped Winston?
Maybe the shame of being a "male rape victim" prevents him from coming clean and telling us all what really happened.
Nobody knows that isn't the case. Afterall, he was drunk.
