agree with him in a way. It seems like college refs have no idea how to correctly enforce holding. The likes of Auburn, Texas A&M, and teams from the Big 12 constantly get away with holding. I'm sick and tired of it.

Just a preview of the rule changes (or greater enforcement of rules already on the books) that are coming. Eventually, people will run out of gray areas to exploit on the field.
