For the record I am not saying that with an AU bias, its with an SEC bias. I would have said the same thing if it were Bama, Mizzou, South Carolina, LSU, etc. The team that wins the SEC is PROVEN.
Every year we see the same crap. Teams that blow out cream puffs for 13 weeks and then think for some reason it makes them a great team. Every now and then its true but most of the time they are just good teams playing average or below average teams. FSU might be the best team in college football history, but we have no way of knowing this based off of their competition this year. The smart money in Vegas knows this. They know the SEC is proven. Again FSU might be the best team, but the money will go on what's proven and not the hype.

I still remember when Oklahoma was going to post 60 points on Florida.
Texas was going to cream Bama.
Ohio State was going to run all over Florida.
Ohio State was going to punch LSU in the mouth.
Oregon was going to fly with ease.
Okay, the hype for Notre Dame wasn't there but yeah, everyone gets the point.
This is exactly what the SEC has been hearing for the past few years.
