I had no problems when I canceled. Were you up front about what you wanted?

Yup. I had to say I wanted to cancel 6 or 7 times. Each time she would ask me a question or offer me discounts till I finally had her convinced nothing she could say would convince me to not cancel.
Just looked at my phone and it took 20 minutes to cancel
