Who is in charge of the Christmas Lights?

Who was the dummy that put them in the unmarked box? I know it wasnt me, so which one of yall did it?
I blame CatGal initially, but she hates everything, so she couldnt have done it. Then Belle, but she is too organized.

I have lights up on the balcony. I clearly don't hate everything.

I put a red bulb and a green bulb in the fixture above my garage door does that count

I was going to do a life size Christmas Light statue of my peen, but we were advised against it. Pilots were worried that it'd be too much of a distraction.

All I know is you clowns forgot to put them up around the SECr logo. I am disappointed and think that certain persons should be banned from bourbons, barley liquids, and other feel good liquids until you guys find the box of lights.

I can't remember if we ever got lights or not. I know someone was asked to draw them up at some point
