That was true when I was there 15 years ago. Back in the day, you were a motherfricking pimp if you had a yard and could have a house party (er, trailer party) off campus.
Not so much anymore.

I know what you're saying, but...students...
I lived in a fricking paint shop behind what is now a tattoo joint with three other students when I was a student. My rent like $50 a month.
