All this move does is justifies enclosing the end zone.
There is a waiting list on suites right now. Suites alone will make more money than a single game would at War Memorial. Club seating will also be available in the north end zone. Something not available in Little Rock.

Seriously, don't you think it ought to be proven that you can consistently fill up the seats that are already there before adding more?
