1. Hire Pearl if we can.
2. Stegeman was a dump even in the 70's when I did my 4 years
3. A new basketball area will never happen. The only moneymaker (football) has to fund women's soccer, cross-country, volleyball, and equestrian.

That seems like a waste. We don't even have an NCAA equestrian team and Lexington is the "Horse Capital of the World."
