What is failed to be understood in this assessment is that the same government that can't create a website is not the same one that would pull off grand attacks like 911. So this dismissal is not applicable.
It isn't the standard American government that did 911, rather a very powerful entity that has power within many governments.

Besides if you take this blurry photo completely out of context you can't help but notice that this entity resides in a crystal ice cavern near the north pole, having recently moved from area 51
