Kentucky is my favorite road trip, especially when it is in the afternoon and I can make Renfro Valley by early evening.

It is, without question, the best-looking state in the SEC.

I have no idea why anyone would want to go to Missouri, unless to Branson or the Jesse James homeplace.

Notice the big-mouthed Missouri fans have never mentioned Skidmore.....That is a town where the townspeople got together and shot a man 20-odd times in open daylight.

St. Louis may be the ugliest of all the United States' major cities, nearly a total slum.

I will concede Kentucky basketball fans are cocky, but as long as the team is capable of beating North Carolina, that's okay.

Except for the abominable treatment of its miners and the eastern portion of the state's rape of the land by Yankees, Kentucky is flat-out beautiful.

Missouri is flat out double-ugly.
