Vegas Insider

Many started around USC -10.5, now they are up to 14 in some places, b/c about 80% of the bets were going for USC to win/cover.

UF is actually picked more often though on the money line (heads up, no points), which is odd for this type of spread.

We have that "never beat teams down when we're supposed to stigma" so I'm not sure about the line.

With that said UF seems to lose a starter on a weekly basis, it'll be a night game in Cola, and our players and Spurrier won't forget about what happened in the Swamp last season.

We can make all the excuses in the world but if we don't at least cover a 14 point spread, we're in trouble.
Just like against Miss. State. So the defense forces 5 turnovers, at home, State is a bad team, and we only beat them by 18? They actually outplayed us based on all the stats.

This Florida team is starting their 3rd string QB, multiple Oline injuries, missing a key WR, missing too many defensive players to list (including their best player Easley) and they are coming into Columbia at night where we're still playing for the chance at the SECCG.

If we don't completely destroy them, I'll be disappointed. It isn't often we have the chance to blowout Florida, I hope we take it tomorrow.

If i were not a fan i would take florida in the money line. Its around +450. Thats a decent payout. Personally i think if its close they have a great chance to win. I think either we blast them or we are in trouble.

This is why I'll never bet on a game. I would have absolutely loaded up on us to cover. Twas an exciting game though! Too close for comfort.
