Unless someone comes up with a Winston autograph or proof that he skipped out early on Archie's QB school, or was a member of a team that won multiple MNC's, Manziel doesn't have a chance.

Of course not. but given equal stats or even ALMOST nearly equal stats it plays a part, don't you think? Honestly?
