NCG: Bama/FSU
Rose: Stanford/Michigan State
Orange: Clemson/Oregon - Oregon would be top 4 in your scenario and an auto berth as an at large. Orange picks before Sugar and Fiesta, so they take Oregon.
Sugar: Texas A&M/AAC Champ - JFF too much of a draw to pass up. AAC Champ more desirable than Fresno State. Sugar with 2nd to last pick gets stuck with UCF/Louisville/Houston.
Fiesta: Texas/Fresno State (gets last pick and stuck with Fresno St, who is auto berth over N. Illinois due to higher BCS ranking)
Edit: due to not seeing that MSU was your B1G winner.

Makes sense, although I forgot about the order of which bowl selects.

At large selection order is Orange - Sugar - Fiesta.
It is almost a given that Fiesta would get stuck with Fresno State (or N. Illinois), and Sugar would then get stuck with AAC champ.

That doesn't work.
An AAC team gets in no matter what.
They retained the Big East's auto bid.
