Littering is not an arrestable offense last I checked.
And I'm rather disturbed that people in this thread are referring to my penis and attempting to guess its size. I am however entertained that somehow the fact that I would only bang that skeleton with skin if I needed a slump buster somehow correlates into a pencil sized dick.
Methinks you think about the size of other peoples penises too much.
FYI, I just replied to a random poster, don't even remember who it was that made the disturbing pencil dick comment in the first place.

Actually, it has been one since 1977. You don't have to be, but you most certainly can be arrested for it. Just google any major Alabama city + littering + arrested and you'll find numerous examples.

The point is, despite what the other poster said, the guy wasn't arrested for his writing (or the littering). He was arrested for ignoring a court appearance and then being a tPOS to the deputy.
