The correct term is "cover" Hater, not hat. There is not a single fricking thing wrong with the old cover- conceptualizing, designing, manufacturing, and issuing the new one is just one more way for the thief-in-chief and his band of liberal lunatics to degrade the military. They HATE the military. Did I mention we are screwed? Enjoy football while we still have it. :-/
