spinoff of SECR topic from a few days ago..
It's 3rd and 3 from the 50, there's a minute left in the 4th quarter, you are down by 2. You have 1 timeout.
If you don't convert, you can still go for it on 4th... assuming you don't turn the ball over.
1984 is as far back as you can go.
What Georgia team/players and what play do you want to use to convert this?

DJ Shockley play fake to Kregg Lumpkin in the middle then roll out, Leonard Pope is 5 yards deep running with DJ for the short pass, Bryan McClendon on the deep post, Massaquoi on the full go to tie up a safety, option for DJ to run for the 3 himself toward the sideline to stop the clock.... or take a shot if he's got it.

Literally the exact play I thought of. DJ on a play action roll out to his throwing side finding a crossing tight end.

Damn right he is... he's the fricking man. Him and Gurley have some kind of secret handshake they do whenever one of them scores. I've seen them do it three times, luckily google img search had a good pic of it. And thanks to bvd for making the sig for me.
ETA- the first time me and my wife saw it on TV, we both figured McGowan was the team drug dealer with his secret handshake shite and his hippie hair. I think my wife has a cougar-crush on him. He looks kind of like I did at that age, except I wasn't a gifted athlete. Just a drug dealer.
